The cheese sticks are baked from the same refined puff-pastry (90 layers) and over 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese, as the cheese crispies. However, the pastry is cut in a different way, resulting in a different shape and bite. Besides this, the ROKA cheese sticks have the same intense and delicate cheese taste that melts on the tongue.
Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), gouda cheese (30%) (milk), vegetable fats (palm, coconut) and vegetable oil (rapeseed), salt.
