250g Moreton: Luxurious, buttery texture cut through with a clean, spritzy acidity. Made at King Stone Dairy, Manor Farm, Chedworth in Gloucestershire . Pasteurised, Cow's Milk, Organic.

250g Single Gloucester: Single Gloucester is a PDO Cheese which can only be produced in Gloucestershire and whenever possible, the milk of the Gloucester breed of cow must be used. This farmhouse cheese is gentle and milky with a wonderful sharp freshness on the finish. Vegetarian, Unpasteurised, Cow's Milk.

250g Mini Rollright: A soft cheese banded in spruce bark with flavours of crème fraiche, cured ham, and mustard seed, with a smoky, woodsy aroma. Rollright is made at King Stone Dairy, Manor Farm, Chedworth in Gloucestershire. Pasteurised, Cow's Milk, Organic.

350g Oxford Blue Mini: A creamy, semi soft, blue cheese. Baron Pouget with the cooperation and technical expertise of a stilton manufacturer he developed the recipe for Oxford Blue. Vegetarian, Pasteurised, Cow's Milk

250g Evenlode: The cheese is named after the River Evenlode which rises in Moreton-in Marsh and which is a tributary of the Thames. When young, the cheese is curdy and lactic, developing a soft breakdown below the rind as it ages. Once fully ripened, the cheese is soft and full of flavours of beef stock, roast onions and peanuts. 250g Double Gloucester: The milk in Double Gloucester is taken from both morning and evening milkings giving it a rich, buttery taste and flaky texture and a sweet and nutty flavour. Jonathan Crump's Double Gloucester is made from the milk of pure Gloucester breed cows at Standish Park farm in Oxlynch near Stonehouse in Gloucestershire. Vegetarian, Unpasteurised, Cow's Milk.

140g Cerney Ash Mini: Made by hand in Gloucestershire, Cerney Ash is a full fat Valencay-type cheese made from a unique starter. The cheese iscoated with an oak ash/sea salt mix from France. Fresh mild flavour cheese which develops into a deeper flavour as it ages. Vegetarian, Unpasteurised, Goat's Milk.
