This Goats Gorgonzola is made by Mario Costa in Nevara Italy. Made using locally sourced Goats milk the Capretta Blu is made the same way as their traditional Gorgonzola Dolce. The Capretta Blu comes in a slightly smaller wheel around 5kg and it has a lovely sweet floral flavour.
