Tartly Minty.

Raspberry and mint for dressing, marinating, dipping and sloshing.

A little tart. Plenty minty and wonderful with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella; as a coolis over lemon tart; drizzled over vanilla ice-cream; with feta and air dried ham; over a fruit salad. Be imaginative. Refreshing.

Ingredients,  Extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, red grape vineager (sulphites), 14% honey, white grape vinegar (sulphites), raspberry puree 7%, mint 5%, salt.
