Basil Grissini Handmade Breadsticks. 150g

Grissini breadsticks are the classic appetiser from Piemonte, in northern Italy, where the recipe was invented three centuries ago.

These are from a family bakery, which has been hand making grissini since 1945. They use simple ingredients and by choosing traditional over large scale industrial production, they continue to make the best artisan grissini.

Basil is a delicious and delicate addition to these breadsticks, which are individually hand rolled and pulled into the typical grissini shape before fast baking.

Ingredients,  Italian wheat, basil paste (DOP Genovese Basil (60%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity regulator; asorbic acid) (20%), Italian extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, natural yeast, barley malt. 

May contain traces of sesame, nuts, milk, soya and mustard.
