Beetroot and Thyme Dressing, Marinade and Dip.
Punchy, earthy and rich - excellent stirred into soured cream with smoked salmon or straight over tomatoes with a few cumin seeds and finely sliced red onion. Add to yoghurt for a dip.
Ingredients, Extra virgin olive oil, grape vinegar, water, honey, rapeseed oil, beetroot puree 5%, beetroot concentrate 4%, sugar, salt, thyme 2%, ginger puree, dijon mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, preservative; sodium bisulphate)
