Made in the Park House Farm dairy in Cumbria using only organic milk from their single herd of Jersey Friesian Cows.  

Their belief is that non-stressed grazing cows produce top quality creamy milk, which is the foundation to top quality cheese. Their lovely single herd of Jersey-Friesian cows enjoy grazing outside for over 300-days a year, with everything they eat grown at Park House Farm.

The Burford Brie is wonderfully creamy, fresh and citrusy with a silky texture.

The cheesemaker was the ex head boy at Burford School
