Olives Et Al discovered the magical combination of rich and purply dark Kalamata olives with freshly picked and squeezed orange juice in Greece some time ago. The cardamom adds a perfumed and richness. Sublime.

Ingredients,  Unpasteurised whole Kalamata Olives (54%), brine (water, salt),extra virgin olive oil,rapeseed oil, orange, cardamom, spirit vinegar, black pepper, acidity regulator; lactic and acetic acids.
