Hailing from the Allgau region of Germany, Montagnolo Affine’s unique taste combines the rich triple crème of a brie with the distinct delicious sharpness of a blue. Lightly marbled, the blue veins offer a pleasant bite through the creaminess of Montagnolo Affine. Despite the name not sounding particularly German, the flavour will have you covering every inch of your crackers with the utmost Deutsch precision and efficiency!

Montagnolo Affine has a taste which pairs perfectly with a number of different wines. Our favourite though has to be a medium bodied Pinot Noir to really complement the creamy German blue.
