Description
This chutney is a wonderful alternative to the traditional piccalilli. Slightly spiced it can be served alongside pork pies, sausage rolls or scotch eggs and makes a great addition to any ploughman's board.
Ingredients: Pumpkin, cauliflower, onion, carrot, garlic, sugar cider vinegar, pumpkin seed, turmeric, cornflour, Wholegrain mustard, Dijon mustard, English mustard, salt, cumin seed, fennel seed.
