Description
This delicate chutney is lightly spiced with fennel seeds, black pepper and coriander seeds, featured in the gin making process at The Cotswold Distillery. It can be eaten nicely alongside some Great British cheeses.
Ingredients: Fennel, onion, apple, sugar, white wine vinegar, Cotswolds Distillery gin, salt, Cotswolds Distillery botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica, black pepper, cardamom, bay leaf, Cotswolds lavender), fennel seeds.
