Coeur de Neufchatel (A White Heart shaped cheese) comes from Neufchatel in the "Pays de Bray" which is situated in Normandy France. It is an A.O.C (PDO) and is the oldest cheese of Normandy. Its texture and taste is similar to its well known-cousin, Camembert. Eat with crusty bread and a strong red wine, this cheese is a delight.
