Mixed Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Garlic, Chilli and Spices

A proper Sicilian recipe discovered in Ragusa. Nicely, warm and spicy. Refreshing.

Marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil: One of the first recipes they were given back in 1992. Found on a market in Ragusa, Sicily and then perfected by their fried Gaetano Amato in Monterosso Almo. The chilli infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excellent for a spicy dressing or frying eggs in for a weekend brunch… Ace.

Olive Mix 60% (Green Olives, Kalamata Olives), Extra Virgin Olive Oil 35%, Garlic, Black Pepper, Chilli, Paprika, Acidity Regulator; Lactic Acid
