Mixed Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Garlic, Chilli and Spices
A proper Sicilian recipe discovered in Ragusa. Nicely, warm and spicy. Refreshing.
Marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil: One of the first recipes they were given back in 1992. Found on a market in Ragusa, Sicily and then perfected by their fried Gaetano Amato in Monterosso Almo. The chilli infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excellent for a spicy dressing or frying eggs in for a weekend brunch… Ace.
